Tehseen Nutraceuticals — Production Plant Audit
Diagnosing a ~20% capacity shortfall in the packaging & packing department through The JABRAN Method™.

Client names are shared only with permission. Where confidentiality applies, we describe the work without identifying the client.
Tehseen Nutraceuticals engaged Jabran & Co to diagnose a measured decline in throughput within its packaging and packing department — output running approximately 20% below established capacity, with no single obvious cause. The commercial impact of a bottleneck at the final stage of production is disproportionate: upstream capacity is fully paid for, yet finished-goods availability falls short.
The engagement follows our five-stage methodology. Discover: structured walkthroughs of the packaging floor and conversations with line supervisors and management to understand how the department actually runs — not how it runs on paper. Diagnose: tracing the capacity shortfall to root causes across line balancing, machine utilisation and downtime, material movement, and labour deployment, rather than treating surface symptoms. Design: a prioritised, commercially grounded improvement roadmap built around what is achievable for the plant's scale and budget. Deliver and Develop stages will follow as the engagement progresses, with implementation support and capability transfer to Tehseen's own team.
